Upon acceptance of the quote and payment, estimates are typically provided within 2 to 3 business days. The accuracy of the quote is dependent on the chosen variations within the package. The final completion time may vary based on the project’s scope and complexity. Any delays in providing necessary project information may extend the delivery timeframe. 

2. Payment Security 

We prioritize the security of your financial data by using the Razorpay Payment Gateway. Customers can make payments conveniently via Credit Card or Debit Card. Upon receiving your project details, we will issue a Razorpay invoice, and payment can be made via mobile or desktop devices. We do not store your financial information. 

3. Pricing 

To avail of any services, the user must pay the applicable fees as stated on our website or provided in the service quotation. Pricing for each service package is outlined in detail on our website. Prices may be subject to change, and customers will be notified of any changes prior to service engagement. 

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Refunds are available if an estimate is canceled within 2 hours of payment. After this period, once work on the project has commenced, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations made beyond the 2-hour window will not qualify for a refund. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction with our services. 

5. Confidentiality 

We understand that your data and project information are sensitive. If confidentiality is required, please notify us, and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be prepared and mutually agreed upon. Unless an NDA is in place, Precon Optimar reserves the right to use project details, company logos, testimonials, and associated data for marketing purposes. 

6. Insurance and Guarantees 

We do not provide additional insurance or financial guarantees. The estimates provided by Precon Optimar serve as guidelines and should not be considered final or binding prices. Any changes to the scope of the project may result in revised estimates and additional fees. 

7. Service Delivery and Shipping 

Our services are delivered digitally. There are no physical products involved, and as such, we do not ship any physical items. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to our digital estimation services. 8. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precon Optimar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability, in any case, will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

For international clients, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the arbitration seat in New Delhi, India.
